"Integrity and Compliance" is one of the core values of CONSMOS Group. Integrity, standardization and compliant operation serve as the cornerstone of CONSMOS’s development and an important guarantee for long-term win-win results. CONSMOS Group always regards integrity culture as the ballast stone for the enterprise’s sustainable development. The Group designates September each year as "Integrity Month" and carries out various warning education activities continuously, aiming to internalize integrity awareness in the mind and externalize it into actions.

To further strengthen employees’ awareness of integrity and consolidate the long-term mechanism of "daring not to corrupt, being unable to corrupt and having no desire to corrupt", CONSMOS Group launched a special integrity warning education campaign on September 17, themed **"Uphold Integrity and Standards for Brand Development, Remain Faithful and Clean in Professional Practice".
Staff representatives from key positions including procurement, quality control, logistics and business departments visited Linyi Prison. Through immersive on-site visits and special training sessions, all participants received a profound, soul-stirring integrity education.


Under the guidance of prison staff, all participants strictly abided by prison regulations and visited the inmates’ workshop, ecological wetland park, central production axis, as well as the residential and teaching areas in order. They also listened on-site to the confessions of incarcerated individuals.The stern prison walls and electrified fences, the strict discipline of reformation through labor, and the rigidly ordered living quarters stood in stark contrast to the free world outside. The visit enabled every participant to intuitively perceive the grave consequences of a single wrong choice, a stark lesson that urges all staff to stay firm on integrity and self-discipline at all times.


 
After returning, the person in charge of the Group Human Resources Center delivered a special training session on integrity. Centered on the "CONSMOS Red Lines" and code of conduct, the training systematically interpreted eight common types of corporate occupational crimes including infringement of trade secrets, bribery of non-state functionaries and occupational embezzlement, in combination with laws and regulations such as the Criminal Law and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law. The Ten Prohibitions for Integrity Compliance of CONSMOS Group was re-emphasized during the session.
Drawing on real cases, the training thoroughly analyzed sentencing criteria and painful consequences of various occupational crimes, keeping the warning "Do not reach out your hand; whoever does will surely be caught" ringing in everyone’s ears.



At the end of the activity, all participants took a solemn oath and signed the ''CONSMOS Group Integrity Commitment Letter'' on site. Every resounding oath represents CONSMOS employees’ sincere commitment to building the brand through integrity and standardization, as well as their firm resolve to uphold original aspirations through clean and compliant work.




 
This integrity-themed activity serves as a key measure for CONSMOS Group to deepen compliance management and prevent operational risks, as well as a powerful reinforcement of its core values — customer-centricity and dedication-oriented development.
In the future, CONSMOS will continue to institutionalize and normalize integrity education. The Group will sustain the deterrent against corruption, tighten the institutional cage to restrict improper conduct, and foster internal awareness of clean governance. It will further build a solid integrity defense line to forge itself into a ''trustworthy global supply chain service provider''.
